Summary of Services

Food Sensitivities Analysis – They determine to which food your body reacts adversely.

Fresh Start Package – It includes an initial assessment (2 hours), Food Plan (1 hour food sensitivity plus 1 week meal plan), 3 healing sessions, 1 Evaluation of your choice (food sensitivity, heavy metals, nutrition, hormonal, environmental etc, for 30 minutes), and a one hour Meridian Stress Assessment re-evaluation.

Hair Mineral Analysis – As hair grows, it forms a permanent record of the body’s nutritional deficiencies or excesses. Minerals screened include calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, zinc, manganese, selenium, iron, and cobalt. Toxic metal screening includes lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, nickel, and aluminum. A very high reading may represent a toxic amount of the mineral in hair, and in your body tissues in general. In cases of toxic metals, any deposition or accumulation in your hair indicates some degree of toxicity. Healthy Weight Loss (4 weeks) – Nutritional consultation, meal plans, grocery list, food journal, documents: kitchen clean out, getting started with real food, how to curb cravings, how to determine portion sizes.

Healthy Weight Loss (6 weeks) – Same as the four-week program including bonus documents: how to choose carbs wisely, pH balancing strategies, eating on the go.

Meal Plan (Basic) – A guide to provide you with the proper food selections. The top food you need to consume is included to personally address your major health concerns.

Meal Plan (Detailed) – A comprehensive assessment, which includes recipes, exercise suggestions, a shopping list, and portion control recommendations with a guideline on exactly how to eat during your day. You will be required to complete a food journal; thus this meal plan is not requiring you to eat anything significantly different, just making adjustments to what you are currently used to. This plan is for individuals who maintain a good diet and have plateaued. It’s also for individuals who require further guidance to make personalized lifestyle choices targeted to their wellness goals.

Nutritional Counseling – It is required to understand the relative health of your key body systems. It is also important to understand the underlying issues you are experiencing as symptoms. Nutritional symptomatology (symptoms as they relate to nutrition) is assessed.

Nutritional Counseling Follow-Up – In this service, a holistic approach, regarding concerns in question, will be evaluated and discussed with respect to diet and lifestyle. This includes the aspects of the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual entities that will assist in bringing every detail together in order to enhance your program. This service is customized to suit your specific lifestyle needs. This appointment allows you to understand and apply the specific holistic techniques into the daily regimen for greater benefits. Discussion about your previous visit is evaluated along with improvements, changes to recommendations and additional information regarding your major concerns are addressed.

Nutritional Program – A course, covering one system per week, includes information on holistic nutrition and general wellness. You will discover the benefits of nutritional herbs for body systems. This is an easy format for anyone interested in developing or maintaining life-force vitality.

Supplement Evaluation – Reveals how certain supplements (or the supplements you’re currently taking) positively or negatively affect your body systems.
