Prof V Rachel Fernandes is a Professor in Homeopathy with almost 23 years of clinical and teaching experience. Known for ability to build adequate patient rapport as well as setting up a strategic and systematic clinical practice ensuring regular follow up of patients. Rachel obtained her Bachelors in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) for 5 1/2 years from Fr. Muller’s Homeopathic Medical College Hospital, Mangalore, and a prestigious institute in India in the year 1994. She practiced with her mother who was a great homeopathy and siddha doctor in India about a year. In the process Rachel learned from her mother how to treat efficiently incurable and chronic diseases with homeopathy. Her mother is a backbone and support for her leadership skills and for her to become a successful medical director and a CEO of Rachel’s Homeopathy & Holistic Health.Rachel joined Fr. Muller’s as a lecturer in the year 1995 and started her teaching career. In the year 1998 she joined for a post grad course “Doctor of medicine” 3 year intensive programme in Fr. Muller’s and passed out successfully and was awarded MD ( Hom) by Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences, Bangalore, India.

After pursuing her MD she continued teaching as a professor in Fr. Muller’s. She was a post graduate teacher and also an examiner for various universities of India. She is also a frequent contributor to homeopathic journals and college magazines. She has presented scientific papers on homeopathic subjects all over the world. Furthermore, she holds various memberships in different homeopathic associations of India like IHMA, HMAI. etc.

She moved to UAE in the year 2008 and was practicing Homeopathy in Abu Dhabi at “Alkamal Medical Center” until 2011. She was holding an independent license from MOH (Ministry of Health UAE) and HAAD (Health Authority of Abu Dhabi) registration, as well as, she became one of the famous Specialist homeopaths in UAE.

She returned to India in 2011 and was posted as a PRINCIPAL & MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT of a Hospital, Head of the Department of Case Taking and Repertory at “Bhagawan Buddha Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore, India”.

Apart from her private practice, she was also appointed as a senior consultant at “Homeo Care International” Pvt. Ltd, which is a chain of super specialty corporate homeopathy clinics in India. There she visited several branches of “Homeo Care International” throughout Karnataka and healed hundreds of people with their incurable diseases through homeopathy. During her tenure at “Homeo Care international,” she presented a variety of live TV programs in an array of channels regarding homeopathic treatment for diseases like Allergic Rhinitis, Bronchitis, Asthma, Infertility, Psoriasis, Thyroid disorders, Alopecia, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Autoimmune diseases, Hepatitis, etc.

Rachel is a well-respected homeopath since 1994 and an internationally recognized Professor. She has been practicing Classical Homeopathy for 23 years and has helped thousands of people return to health rapidly, gently and permanently with homeopathy. Rachel’s core intention is to give patients the benefits of homeopathy; she is a lady who believes in perfection and permanent cure. Her policy is to treat a sick individual giving enough time to narrate and express their concerns rather than immediately giving away medicines. Hence, she gives consultation only to a limited number of patients each day. She treats every patient giving utmost care and respect preserving their rights most ethically and honestly.

Rachel migrated to Canada in the year 2013 and was elected as a director in the Ontario Homeopathic Association for two years. She is actively involved in the growth of homeopathy in Canada and frequently publishes articles in a wide range of Canadian newspapers. In the meanwhile she talks on the radio and TV shows as well. Presently she practices full time homeopathy in Brampton, in the province of Ontario. She is also the director and owner of Rachel’s Homeopathy Inc., treating all age groups from infants to seniors and all types of diseases from simple cold to incurable auto immune diseases, like thyroid disorders, with her innovative methods through the homeopathic holistic system. From May, 2015, she is a registered homeopath under the college of Homeopaths Ontario.

She completed her D.M diploma in Mesotherapy and was awarded a medical aesthetician certificate from Formula Life Institute of Aesthetics, Mississauga, Canada – Ontario province in April, 2015. Rachel’s dedication and commitment to healing in addition to her extensive training has facilitated her to help remove the suffering of her patients consistently over the years. Being a sincere, experienced and an exceptionally excellent professional, she has received many awards in the field of homeopathic practice.

Currently she gives lectures in Canada and in the US and one of the directors in homeopathic medical associations of Canada. Rachel’s Homeopathy continued Education offers an interactive workshop on how to make the application to The College of Homeopaths. She has been through the regulation process thrice, in India, UAE and in Canada.

She also holds a North American society of homeopaths membership and looking forward to start her practice soon in USA.

Rachel moved one step further and has opened a holistic health center under the name of Rachel’s Homeopathy & Holistic Health in September 2016 in Brampton with multi disciplinary holistic practices, like Holistic counseling & psychotherapy, Yoga therapy, Mesotherapy, Chiropractic, Chiropodist, Osteopathy, Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Diet Counseling and Holistic Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Reflexology & Aromaflex etc.

She is in the process of opening up a non profitable college for homeopathic education and waiting for the formalities to complete with ministry of advanced education, Ontario, Canada.

She pursued her Naturopathic Medicine degree from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture from Acupuncture Institute, University of Bridgeport, CT.  She also has second Bachelors in Business Administration with minor in Psychology from York College, NY. Irvinder got certified in Homeopathy from National Center of Homeopathy, Baltimore, and she completed her extensive studies in Homeopathy from the University of Bridgeport, CT, USA. She is a registered Homeopath, and got her registration from Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine, ON, Canada. She is also an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist. She received her certification from Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Acupuncture Training Institute, NY. She got licensed from the College of Traditional Chinese medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Ms. Geeta Srikanth, M.A. in Psychology, is a registered psychotherapist with the OACCPP. She currently provides Medical Assessments in relation to MVA’s, and diagnostic Assessments for identifying mental health issues and their appropriate treatments. She completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has done internship in mental health clinic, where she conducted psychological assessments for post traumatic and mental health issues. She has also recently completed a diploma as a Social Service Worker. Maria Isidro completed her Massage Therapy Program from Bryan College with an outstanding graduate Award from Career College of Ontario in Health Service Category. She treats all types of soft tissues and joint mobilization issues (in accordance with the CMTO standard of practice) and formulates clinical finding based on physical examinations and orthopedic tests. She refers patients to their physicians for imaging, such as Radiographs (X-rays), MRI or Ultrasound as needed. She works closely with other healthcare professionals to better attend to the patient’s need. She can speak and understand English and Tagalog fluently.

  1. Suman davanapalli

Osteopathic manual practitioner

Suman Davanapalli completed his Bachelor of Science degree in osteopathy from National University of Medical Sciences, Spain and also has done his bachelor degree in physiotherapy from Dr MGR Medical University India. He was trained in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy Lumbar spine in Sydney, Australia and has vast clinical experience of 12 years in treating various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. As a manual osteopathic practitioner, he is an expert in the most widely used techniques including osteoarticular mobilization, strain-counter strain techniques, cranial sacral therapy, visceral osteopathy, muscle energy techniques, stills techniques, balance ligamentous and myofascial therapy. He treats sports injuries by using ultrasound therapy and does kinesiology sports taping.

Priyal Bhatt (B.Sc., M.Sc., RRPr, RCRT), a registered Reflexologist and Aromaflex Therapist, is registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada and Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario. Priyal is certified in Aromaflex Therapy that combines the benefits of Reflexology and Aromatherapy. She has her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, and successfully completed her Foundation of Adult Teacher Training Certification. Priyal has also been working diligently as a Massage Therapy Instructor for many years and has extensive knowledge in Health and Wellness. As a part of Priyal’s protocol, she develops an individual treatment plan for her clients to help them regain health-equilibrium. She uses non-invasive pressure techniques to work on reflex points on the head, hands and feet to alleviate and relieve stress, fatigue and other conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, constipation, joint and knee pain, shoulder pain, leg and muscle cramps, dizziness and vertigo. Priyal completed numerous case studies where reflexology treatments were provided to clients with disorders such as stress, fibromyalgia, tension, headaches, colds, migraines and neuropathy. Prajakta S Pande is a qualified Ayurveda and Holistic Practitioner holding a Master’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from India. She is a patient focused, detail oriented practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare and clinical research fields. Prajakta is registered as DNM with EBNMP Canada Association. She is also a certified member of Alliance Professional of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists (APNN). She started her career as a doctor and served in private and government hospitals. She has worked with team of doctors and also worked as an individual doctor for charitable trust hospital. Prajakta lectured medical students perusing their Bachelor’s degree in Herbal Medicine. She has also worked as a research associate in a multinational pharmaceutical company for conducting clinical trials on various personal-care products and writing regulatory documents regarding the trial. She holds detailed knowledge and experience in Herbal consultation and lifestyle management. Being well-versed in various Ayurvedic treatments such as Oleation (Oil Massage), Fomentation(Sweden), Pinda Sweda, Matra Basti, Kati Basti, Janu Basti, Griva Basti, Shiroabhangya, Shirodhara, Nasya etc., Prajakta believes that these treatments are very effective to provide relief to patients, if they are done scientifically. I was always fascinated by the therapeutic and restorative aspect of yoga in my personal practice. It was very interesting to me that I can move toward healing my physical, psychological and also personality issues by simple movements, postures and breath work. After finishing my 200hrs teacher training at yoga passage studio in Calgary, I continued my advanced teacher training in restorative yoga at the same place. As I learnt more and more about the healing power of this practice, I decided to use yoga more and more as some sort of therapy and I started my 500hrs Yoga Therapy program at Mount Royal University in Calgary. I studied Anatomy, Physiology, Therapeutic Relations, Movement Mechanics and Mental Health. Being in community of yogis and holistic healers, I was introduced to energy healing realm and I finished the level 1 and 2 Reiki healing training in Usui system at 2016. Besides teaching regular flow, yin and restorative classes, I practiced yoga with people with MS at MS Society of Canada, taught chair yoga to seniors and worked one on one with people on balancing their habitual Postures. The focus and style of my work is moving toward mental health problems, in private sessions with each individual or in series of workshops for specific disorders as groups.

Benji is a manual osteopathic practitioner receiving his diploma from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto. As part of the program, Benji wrote a thesis on the benefits manual osteopathy has on Irritable Bowel Syndrome sufferers (IBS). Prior to pursuing his education in Osteopathy, Benji obtained a BSc. in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.

Utilizing his knowledge from both fields, he transfers it into assessing each and everyone of his patients in order to provide each patient with their own custom treatment plan. As part of each treatment, Benji uses gentle hands on therapy, stretches, exercise and offers lifestyle adjustments in order to prevent further injury from occurring. During his time practicing, Benji has taken a strong interest in treating misaligned hips and sciatica. However, because he is passionate about what he does, he is always dedicated to learning more on how he can better service his patients whatever their ailments may be.
